All events are Mondays at 2pm in the Library's Upstairs Meeting Room


June 3: Tammy Ross of Windle's Rock & Jewelry will bring rocks, fossils and information to share. The first half-hour will be geared toward Preschool to 2nd grade, the second half hour for 3rd grade and up.


June 10: Rich Davis, Children's Book Illustrator will host a drawing workshop.


June 17: Sugar Free Allstars bring their fun and funky music for families.

 

June 24: The Washington County Master Gardener's Association presents "The Good, The Bad, and The Ugly." Meet some of the bugs you can find in your yard and garden.


July 1: Magician Doug Anderson will amaze and entertain with his marvelous magic.


July 8: Movie Matinee: Due to licensing restrictions, the movie's title can't be announced, but here's a hint: "In the distant future, a small waste-collecting robot inadvertently embarks on a space journey that will ultimately decide the fate of mankind."


July 15: Children's author Darleen Bailey Beard will present "Creepy-Crawly Poetry."


July 22: Storyteller Fran Stallings will share "Creep, Crawl, Slither: Tales from the Underground."

Dig into reading at the Bartlesville Public Library this summer! Kids ages 0-12 may sign up and receive their packet beginning May 13th. Starting June 3rd, participants are asked to share with library staff what they've been reading each week, in order to be eligible for weekly prize drawings. There are many ways to do this:

Those who check in with the library each week will be eligible for the grand prize drawing at the end of July! The Summer Reading Program is free and open to the public. Call 918-338-4170 with any questions you may have.
